Irish word for fun/enjoyment that has been brought into the English language. usu. when mixed with alcohol and/or music.
'Bhi craic agus ceol againn' : We had fun and music.
Fun doesn't really cut it though. General banter, good times had by all.
Also, a person who is good fun/great company.

Remembering Joe Strummer who passed away 5 years ago. I was lucky enough to see The Clash play a couple of times including the “London Calling” tour where I shot this photo on March 6 1980. This was a time when assigned seating meant nothing if people wanted to crash the stage and fans could still bring in SLR cameras.  Joe, I’ll always remember you during the Christmas season.  August 21 1952-December 22, 2002
